Brunch, lunch, dinner, rain or shine. This Bloody Mary cocktail is going to get you through and it’s a perfect hangover cure. Hair of the dog and all that!
Prep time: under five mins
- 1 tbsp Salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 50ml Vodka
- 200ml Tomato Juice
- 1/2 Lemon
- A few drops of Worcestershire Sauce
- A few drops of Tobasco
- Black pepper
- On a plate, combine the salt and the paprika. Wet the edge of the glass by dipping into a shallow bowl or plate. Then dip into the salt and paprika to create the rim on the glass.
- Add ice to the glass. Pour over 50ml vodka. Add the tomato juice. Cut the lemon half into two wedges. Squeeze one wedge into the mix. Add a few drops of Worcestershire Sauce and a few drops of Tobasco (dependent on how spicy you like it). Grind in black pepper. Add the celery and stir.
- Add the other wedge of lemon and enjoy!
