What’s Christmas without a cocktail?
Prep time: 5 mins
- 75ml Vermouth Rosso
- 75ml Gin
- 4 tsp Icing sugar
- 1 Bottle Prosecco
- 12 Fresh Cranberries, to serve
- In a jug or cocktail shaker, combine the vermouth, gin and icing sugar. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
- Pour 25ml of the mixture into each glass. Top up with your cold prosecco and add in your cranberries.
- Enjoy! They’re strong.
