Amaretto Sour


Makes 3

200ml amaretto
100ml lemon juice
1 egg white
Cherries to serve

1. Pour the amaretto, lemon juice and egg white into a blender. Whiz it up for 15 seconds until it gets nice and frothy.Add ice to the blender and pulse twice.
2. Pour into a glass (over ice is optional) and top with the cherries.
3. Enjoy!
