‘Pot Noodle’

A homemade pot noodle packed full of veg for the follicular phase. It’s perfect for lunch at home or in the office! 

Cook and prep time: 15 mins

Stage of Cycle: Follicular

Serves 1


  • 1/2 tsp miso
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp sriracha 
  • 1 Tbsp soy
  • 1 garlic clove, crushed
  • 1 thumb size piece of ginger, finely chopped
  • 1 pack of ready to wok Udon noodles
  • 1/2 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 small carrot, sliced
  • Pak choi 
  • 20g Beansprouts
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1/2 red chilli
  • Lime wedge
  • 100ml boiling water
  • Sesame oil

Pack the jar tightly, pour in the hot water, give it a shake and leave the hot water to ‘cook’ the veg for five mins before enjoying 🥰
