
Oh My Nosh was founded by Sophie Edwards, a Content Creator and Food Stylist/ Assistant Food Stylist.
Oh My Nosh is a platform for those who menstruate, with recipes tailored to the different stages of the menstrual cycle. Since being diagnosed with PCOS a few years back, Sophie wanted to learn more about what was going on inside the body. Through her own learning she discovered that what we eat can have a huge impact on our hormones and general wellbeing. Oh My Nosh is far from counting calories, but simply about using ingredients that can help balance hormones and maximise their usages at different times of the month.
Sophie is self taught in the kitchen, making recipes that are easy to create in your own home. She loves to provide a song with each recipe because kitchen dancing is strongly encouraged!
